your gba game roms and add Trainers Cheats and Hacks to them. More
advance patches will even add JAP to English translation!

To apply the patch to the rom you will need IPSwin
What It Does:
It's an IPS (International Patching System) for Win32 system. Now
IPSWin features a number of functions that render the use of the
old IPS.EXE simply insane:
- Complete support of ZIP files both for the file that for the
patch.
- A compact and easy to understand GUI to render your like easier.
- A safe mode that prevents you to waste your file even if you
didn't choose the Backup Option.
After you have pached the rom you can test it on PC with GBA
Emulator or use Flash
Advance Linker to store the rom on a Flash Card and play it
Gameboy Advance!
