When connected to PC - QBus is immediately recognized by Windows as a Game Controller. As with most USB Plug-and-Play devices the drivers for the Joystick will be automatically installed and you will see that in your Settings > Control Panel > Game Controllers you have a QBoy V1.00 added. Now you can use it as a 8-button controller for any PC game or play GBA emulators on computer with an exact GAMEBOY ADVANCE key layout - The most realistic emulation ever..
What we found particularly
fun is that even ON-OFF switch works as gamepad button 8 - you cant push it but you can slide it on of off the same as you would with GBA power.
Pick My Favorites > Play Game in QBoy and you can enjoy GBA Games on PC
and use the QBus as Joystick / GamePad. Play emulator opens in a window mode
but you can switch to full screen like we did in this picture. (Playing GBA V-Rally rom)
USB to Mini-USB cable is ~1.5 meters or 5 feet long. Convenient if you have the PC stacked under the tabe.
